Existing Packaging equipment - Improve output/ efficiency of packaging line. Modify the existing layout, if required, to achieve higher automation or better hygienic conditions.
Development of equipments -Development of economical, but reliable Packaging equipments to achieve an optimum and efficient solution
Food safety and Hygiene - Special emphasis is laid on food safety and hygienic design of Packaging equipments
Development and laying specifications of Packaging materials and seeking continuous improvement in terms of performance and economy.
Impart specialised training to operating/ maintenance personnel.
Organising packaging seminars/ workshops
Setting up a co packer
Analyze the requirements vs. capabilities of co packer, advising on necessary infrastructure required, assist in the layout planning, sourcing of equipments, their installation and commissioning.
