- New/additional Packaging equipment - analyse techno-economic feasibility of the requirement, lay equipment specifications, plan layout, install, commission, impart training, lay check sheets for operation/ maintenance.
- Existing Packaging equipment - Improve output/ efficiency of packaging line. Modify the existing layout, if required, to achieve higher automation or better hygienic conditions.
- Development of equipments -Development of economical, but reliable Packaging equipments to achieve an optimum and efficient solution
- Food safety and Hygiene - Special emphasis is laid on food safety and hygienic design of Packaging equipments
Development and laying specifications of Packaging materials and seeking continuous improvement in terms of performance and economy.
- Impart specialised training to operating/ maintenance personnel.
- Organising packaging seminars/ workshops
- Setting up a co packer
- Analyze the requirements vs. capabilities of co packer, advising on necessary infrastructure required, assist in the layout planning, sourcing of equipments, their installation and commissioning. .
- Start the commercial production of unit.
